What to Expect from The Future of The DC Multiverse and When to Expect It

March 18, 2021: Zack Snyder’s Justice League

DC - JUSTICE LEAGUE

In May of 2020, Warner Bros. announced that they would be releasing the much ballyhooed Snyder Cut of 2017’s Justice League on HBO Max in 2021. Zack Snyder’s version of the film, on which he was replaced by Joss Whedon as director, remains incomplete but the studio has committed at least $30M to the project which will include completing VFX shots and, potentially, having the cast record lines that were previously unfinished. During the first part of FanDome, Snyder revealed that the project would be presented on HBO Max as a 4 part series. This was later dismissed as the cut would now be presented as a single 4-hour movie on HBO max.
