  • RUMOR: ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Special Features Includes A New Matt Murdock Deleted Scene

RUMOR: ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Special Features Includes A New Matt Murdock Deleted Scene

Spider-Man: No Way Home is filled to the brim with cameos, heartfelt storytelling, and memorable moments. It made you wonder how much we might expect from the Blu-ray release of what didn’t make it into the film, as 100 minutes of bonus content was teased early on. Insider Amit Chaudhari has seemingly released the entire list of special content, which includes the various deleted scenes. what stands out is “Happy’s Very Good Lawyer” which may tease an extension of Charlie Cox‘s return as Matt Murdock.

There also seems to be an extended interrogation sequence as well as more of Peter’s return to Midtown High. Of course, there are no exact details included to what the names mean and it doesn’t mean we’ll necessarily get more of Cox, but it may hint at how he ended up as Peter’s lawyer in the film. You can check out the full list right here:

Amit has been reliable in the past, and it’s unsure if the list might still undergo some changes ahead of its home and digital release. 100 minutes of No Way Home is certainly an exciting prospect and it makes you wonder if we’ll see more of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. It would be fun to get some small snippets from behind-the-scenes footage that teases their grins wearing the iconic outfits again. We’ll see what it has in store for fans once it releases.

  • Latest ‘Multiverse of Madness’ Promo Art Focuses on Doctor Strange and His Variants

Latest ‘Multiverse of Madness’ Promo Art Focuses on Doctor Strange and His Variants

Quite a few bits of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness merchandise have found their way online featuring mostly a look at the supporting cast of the upcoming May release. Yet, there’s also some promotional material that focuses primarily on not one, but three Variants of Benedict Cumberbatch‘s Doctor Strange. So far, the initial trailer teased two different versions of the character from the multiverse with the Defender version getting quite a bit of promotion even though he was only briefly teased in the initial trailer. The big standout is the inclusion of the evil version of Strange that appeared in the trailer’s ending.

The designs are great, especially with how all three versions of the character phase in and out of each other. The third design especially highlights the small differences between the character, such as the white stripe in the hair instead of his usual sides. The evil version also has a bigger beard connected to his goatee. It’ll be interesting to see if we might get other versions besides these three in the film. Plus, who knows who else might have a Variant of their own waiting to meet them in the multiverse. Here’s hoping we might get similar designs once they are revealed in the upcoming film. It’s going to be exciting just how mad the multiverse is going to end up once it releases in May.

  • New ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ Merch Offers New Look at Mordo and Rintrah

New ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ Merch Offers New Look at Mordo and Rintrah

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is only a few more months away, and Marvel Studios is still pushing out merchandise to build up to its release. We haven’t gotten a full trailer just yet, as most of your understanding of the film comes from the teaser trailer that got attached to Spider-Man: No Way Home. We’ll get reintroduced to some familiar faces and even some new ones. The big return is with Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Mordo. We’ve previously got a chance to see his updated design, but it looks like he also has reached the rank of Master at some point according to the new piece of merchandise.

Of course, in a story all about the multiverse, there’s always a chance that he isn’t the Mordo we last saw in the post-credit sequence of Doctor Strange. In the teaser trailer, he did seem like he was on friendly terms with STrange, but we also don’t know what path he went down. There’s also the question of the new character we are getting introduced to in the form of Rintrah. Some new merchandise offers a new look at the character, who might have a big role in the upcoming film.

We still know very little about the project, but it’ll be interesting how all these characters play into the madness that will be unleashed with the multiverse. Plus, there are also the Variants that we’ve seen of the film’s main protagonist, which opens up the door to any of the newly introduced characters stemming from across the multiverse. We’ll see if the new trailer might offer a better look at what the film has in store for us.

  • ‘That 90’s Show’ Adds Six New Cast Members

‘That 90’s Show’ Adds Six New Cast Members

That 90s Show, a Netflix spinoff to the ever-popular That 70’s Show, has added more cast members on top of the previously announced returns of some cast members from the original.

Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith were previously announced to return as their respective characters of Kitty and Red Foreman, parents to Eric Foreman, the frontman for That 70’s Show.

Alongside the returning cast members, we also have word that Callie Haverda (Shut-Eye), Ashley Aufderheide (Emergence), Mace Coronel (Pocket), Maxwell Ace Donovan (Gabby Duran & The Unsittables), Reyn Doi (The Boss Baby: Family Reunion), and Sam Morelos will be joining the cast as series regulars. This group of kids will likely be the main friend group, similar to the one comprised of Eric and his closest friends.

The show is set to follow Leia Foreman, who is the daughter of Eric and Donna from the original, as she visits her grandparents over the summer. Hopefully, this means original cast members other than Red and Kitty are able to appear, especially the aforementioned main character and his high school sweetheart, Eric, and Donna. The show will be released on Netflix and is set to start production soon.

  • CW Orders Pilot for ‘Gotham Knights’

CW Orders Pilot for ‘Gotham Knights’

A while back, it was announced that the CW had begun development on Gotham Knights, another DC show that would join its ever-expanding roster of content like The Flash, Superman and Lois, and Batwoman. The series has no connection to the upcoming video game of the same name but looks to follow a similar story. At the time of the announcement, the series had yet to receive the green light on a pilot as it was still in early development. The CW seems to be pleased with what they’ve seen as today news comes that they will be moving forward with the series.

The CW ordered a pilot for Gotham Knights, meaning the series will shoot the first episode before possibly getting a series order or just not moving forward at all. The project comes from Natalie Abrams, James Stoteraux, and Chad Fivestash who’ve previously worked on multiple Arrowverse series. A brief synopsis teases the series murder-mystery plot.

“in the wake of Bruce Wayne’s murder, his rebellious adopted son forges an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman’s enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader. And as the city’s most wanted criminals, this renegade band of misfits must fight to clear their names. But in a Gotham with no Dark Knight to protect it, the city descends into the most dangerous it’s ever been. However, hope comes from the most unexpected of places as this team of mismatched fugitives will become its next generation of saviors known as the Gotham Knights.”

It’s still unknown just who will be the “rebellious adopted son”, though both Dick Grayson and Jason Todd fit the bill, and it’s still uncertain just who the children of Batman’s rogues are as no casting on the project has been announced.

  • RUMOR: Neve Campbell in Talks to Return for ‘Scream 6’

RUMOR: Neve Campbell in Talks to Return for ‘Scream 6’

Every franchise has its face: the one actor or actress that represents it all and fans adore. For the Scream franchise, that would be Neve Campbell‘s Sidney Prescott, one of the most popular final girls of all time, who has taken down each and every person to don the mantle of Ghostface. The franchise made a comeback this year and it was just recently announced will live on with a sixth Scream filmset to begin filming this summer, and it seems a familiar face could be returning.

Now, One Take News is reporting that actress Campbell, who returned for this year’s instalment, is in talks to return as Sidney Prescott once again. The previous film saw Sidney return to Woodsboro after being told by both Dewey and Gail to stay away, having finally settled down and escaped that madness that’s haunted her for years.

Scream 6 will be directed by Tyler Gillet and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin returning from directing the previous installment. The film will be written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. No release date for the film has been announced just yet.

  • ‘Yellowstone’ Season 5 Gets the Green Light

‘Yellowstone’ Season 5 Gets the Green Light

Given its growing ratings and cultural relevance, a renewal of the Paramount streaming series Yellowstone for a fifth season seemed more like a “when” than an “if.” Just a couple of weeks ago, executive producer David Glasser confirmed that the studio was already hard at work on the fifth season with hopes to start filming this summer and now, Paramount has made it official: the Duttons are coming back for another go around.

The fourth season of the series, which concluded its run just over a month ago, saw a significant increase in viewers and social media buzz. While the fourth season ended on less of a bang than its predecessor, it did move along long-gestating feud between Beth and estranged adopted son Jamie. In the official announcement from parent company ViacomCBS Media Network, Glasser had the following to say:

We are honored to be able to bring audiences another season of Yellowstone. The continued growth in viewership and the recent recognition from the guilds bolsters our commitment to continue to bring groundbreaking entertainment to audiences.

Production on Season 5 is tentatively scheduled to begin this May with a late-2022 premiere date in mind.

  • Dakota Johnson In Talks to Play ‘Madame Web’ For Sony

Dakota Johnson In Talks to Play ‘Madame Web’ For Sony

The threat of Sony making more Marvel films themselves looms over our heads as the studio continues to make bank from Spider-Man: No Way Home and Venom: Let There Be Carnage. One of the films the studio is eyeing is Madame Web, a long-rumored project that Dakota Johnson is now reportedly in talks to star in.

The caveat is that sources to Deadline are saying that this project may end up as something else due to the limited appearances the character has had in comics. Deadline is saying that Johnson shot to the top of Sony’s list of A-list stars they want for the film during the holidays. Should this project push through, our own sources tell us that it will film in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

Sony has long been planning to make a female-led superhero film within the realm of the Spidey comics they have access to. Spider-Woman is a film the studio is currently working on with Olivia Wilde attached to direct. In addition to that, projects like Silver & Black and the crazy-sounding Aunt May spin-off are films they have worked on at some point. Madame Web joins the likes of Kraven and Morbius as one of the many Spidey-centric films Sony is working on.
