The film is set to follow Harbour as a retired racer who begins to teach a young teen, played by See actor Archie Madekwe, how to drive. Bloom is set to play an eager marketing exec set on selling racing as a sport.

The film is set to be directed by Neill Blomkamp whose best known for his work on District 9, Chappie, and Elysium with a script from Jason Hall and Zach Baylin. No other casting on the project has been announced but filming is set to begin sometime next week in Europe with an August 11th, 2023 release date currently in place for the project.
