According to a new rumor, their recent resume has put them in contention to take charge of one of Marvel Studios’ most important projects.

According to RPK, directors Justin Lin and Drew Goddard, who were once rumored to be in the pool of directors considered for the film, are no longer in the mix. The still untitled fourth film in the franchise has been rumored to head into production later this year.
