Untitled Spider-Man Sequel

Premiere: TBD

Following the tremendous early reviews that Spider-Man: No Way Home got, the confirmation of a fourth solo outing for Peter Parker in the MCU seemed like a mere formality. Kevin Feige announced it himself, alongside producer Amy Pascal, in an interview released on December 17, 2021, the day the movie was set to premiere in North America.

While Tom Holland has been playing it coy when addressing his eventual return to a (possible) second Spidey-centered trilogy, it’s certainly hard to envision it without him. As for Jon Watts, who directed the entire Home trilogy, he will likely be moving into the Fantastic Four franchise, allowing for a new director, with a new vision and take on the webslinger to take over.
